The Pikachu Outbreak event was held between August 8th–16th in the Minato Mirai area, in Yokohama.
During that period, over a thousand Pikachu characters took over Minato Mirai and almost everywhere you could look: marching, dancing, and putting on performances! This humongous event made you feel as if the whole city is was one big Pikachu theme park!
