宇治平等院鳳凰堂の修復がようやく完了しておめみえ

２０１４年１１月２３日、宇治平等院鳳凰堂を訪れた。

鳳凰堂は２０１２年９月より今年３月までの約１年と半年間、屋根の吹き替えや柱の塗り直しなど修理が行われリフレッシュされた。中堂の屋根の上、金色に輝く鳳凰と朱色に塗られた柱や壁の鮮やかさには眼を惹きつけられる。またこの日は雲一つ無い秋晴れの青空、青く高い空に映え、透明な池の水面にも映り込み、思い描いた通り、絶景とも云える鳳凰堂を眺める事が出来た。
