Anime, manga and Japanese character fans will have another reason to visit Nagoya from September 4, when Nagoya PARCO opens a new entertainment floor dedicated to popular Japanese characters and franchises.

The new 8th-floor space in the West Building will bring together 10 stores and PARCO HALL, creating what PARCO describes as one of Japan's largest entertainment zones. Five of the stores will be making their first appearance in the Tokai region, making this a particularly interesting stop for visitors exploring central Japan.

The new floor will bring together some of Japan's best-known anime, manga, and character franchises. Visitors can shop for Godzilla and Kamen Rider merchandise, explore the world of Crayon Shin-chan, ONE PIECE, and Sylvanian Families, and discover goods from a range of other popular series. It's a great opportunity for any visitors to the region to indulge in a spot of retail therapy.

The renovated THE GUEST CAFE BY PARCO will add another attraction, serving themed menus and original goods connected to different anime and entertainment franchises. Its first collaboration following the renovation will be with the Chiikawa movie.
